HOW DO I BECOME A MEMBER?

CAN I RENT BY THE HOUR WITHOUT A MEMBERSHIP?
Our day pass option is for you! We do not offer by-the-hour pricing, but you can purchase a day pass and enjoy all the benefits of an Open Desk membership. Day passes are offered subject to availability.
HOW DO I RESERVE A CONFERENCE ROOM?
Included in all monthly memberships, conference rooms can be booked in advance through our booking software. Please click here: BOOK NOW.

Kindly note that single day pass users cannot book the conference room.
WHERE DO I PARK?
Parking is free at BridgeWay Station. The closest parking lots will be right behind the building or directly across from BridgeWay's main plaza.
IS THE WORX 24/7 ACCESS?
Opening hours are:
7:00AM - 8:00PM Monday-Sunday, 7 days a week.

Designated Office Memberships allow for private key access and the option to leave belongings in a secured area 24/7.
HOW DO I RENEW AND/OR CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
Memberships will auto-renew every month.
If you would like to cancel your membership, simply login, click on your account in the top right-hand corner, click "Subscriptions," and click cancel. Once you cancel, you'll have access to your monthly membership benefits for the remainder of that month. Then, you’ll lose access to all the benefits connected to the plan.
WHERE DO I GET MY ACCESS KEY?
After checking out, you will receive a welcome email with instructions on where to pick up your key fob that will give you access to the space.
